I've been using their products for a very long time. But recently, I've been having issues ordering from their website and have been charged.
But I did not receive any order confirmation. I tried logging into my account but was not able to get through. I tried calling and emailing but did not receive any response. I thought maybe it's a fluke, so I tried ordering again a month later and the same thing happened.
So now I have to dispute my card company yet again and will not order their products.
And I have seen recently that their products have false claims. I will be switching to a different hair care product.

Defective bottles of its a 10 leave in conditioner
Awful. I used it's a 10 leave in conditioner for years & liked it.
The last time I visited Ulta the clerk talked me into purchasing it's a 10 with keratin plus. After a few sprays the product no longer came out in a fine mist but rather s globby mess around the stem of the sprayer.First I was told to clean the sprayer which I had already done. When the sprayer is removed you can see the product inside is thick & globby. Because I had used the product before, I saw no need to keep the receipt.
Because of that Ulta store told me to call the company. And the company headquarters told me to go to the ulta store. Major runaround!!!
No satisfaction or standing behind what is clearly a defective product. Also it took 2 weeks to get a response from the company headquarters.Extremely disappointing!!
I have tried cleaning the sprayers.with no improvement because when i remove the nozzle, the product inside is thick & glibby also.
I have used it a 10 leave in conditioner for a long time now, but this is the first time i purchased it with the Keratin plus feature. I would like to return these bottles for a refund or at the very least i am willing to try new bottles without the keratin plus.
Pump on miracle moisture shampoo DOES NOT UNLOCK!!!!!!
I had no shampoo left so I went to the store and decided to pay more for this shampoo as I've always wanted to try it. I was attending an important meeting that night and wa ted to look my best.
Before heading into the shower, I went to open the"10" shampoo.It would NOT open no matter how hard I tried...even my 43 yr old son tried and he couldnt open it either.
So I was unable to shampoo my hair on a very important night. UGHHH!!!
I am of course returning this and will never buy a "10" product again.

have they changed the formula for the silk keratin shampoo. I don't remember it having such a strong perfume smell

I have no idea. I asked them if they would bring back an old popular product.
They were prompt with their response. I hope they will start manufacturing the product again.
I was happy that this service is provided. its up to them to see if it is freezable to manufacture it again.
I am not pissed but would just like to let the company just how much I liked their product. I'm not sure just why 100 symbols are needed so I'm rambling at this point.

I purchased the Miracle 10 spray volumizer in a salon somewhere in the US while traveling across the continent. The can is faulty; the sprayer won't work.
I contacted the company and asked for a replacement. They refused to stand behind their product. They would only help if I had purchased it online at their site. The salon, even if I could remember where I purchased it, isn't responsible for the faulty sprayer---the manufacturer or distributor should take responsibility.
Very poor customer service. BEWARE!
OK when I checking out, it won't let me use my points
It wont let me use my points it subtract it from my total, but it doesnt ever show up at checkout. This happens to me all the time.
